Cheryl Creighton
Operations Manager

Cheryl began working at the Atheneum in November 2010.  She was promoted to Operations Manager in April 2012 and is responsible for the building and grounds and human resource functions of the Nantucket Atheneum. Additionally, she provides support to the Board of Trustees. She also serves as the coordinator for the Literacy Volunteers of the Atheneum.

Cheryl grew up in Concord, MA and graduated with a Master’s of Science in Teaching from the Environmental Studies Program at Antioch New England. She has worked in the field of conservation administration and been a volunteer in the Nantucket community since 1988.
