Hillary Hedges Rayport
Boston/Nantucket. Hillary is Chair of the Nantucket Historical Commission, Nantucket’s municipal Commission responsible for the preservation of the Nantucket National Historic Landmark. Prior to her work in preservation, Hillary was a Vice President at EF Education First and a Senior Investment Consultant with Cambridge Associates, where her clients included the Frick Collection, The Philadelphia Museum of Art, Longwood Gardens, and The Fresh Air Fund. She was Vice President of Cytel Software, a bioscience data analytics company acquired by New Mountain Capital. Prior to joining Cytel, Hillary worked as a venture capital investor in New York and London. She is a member of the Chairman’s Council and a former Director of The Trustees of Reservations. She is Chairman Emeritus of Grub Street, Boston’s Literary Arts Center, where she co-produced the Nantucket Memoir Project. Hillary holds a B.A. in English, cum laude¸ from Princeton University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Preservation Planning at Boston University. Hillary and her husband Jeffrey and their two sons share their time between Boston and their 1748 home on Nantucket.
